Once you're ready to proceed, you’ll review and sign our planning agreement and submit the professional planning fee. This step allows us to begin crafting your custom journey—thoughtfully researched, carefully sourced, and tailored to your unique travel style. Every detail is curated in collaboration with our trusted global partners to ensure a seamless and enriching experience.

FINALIZE & BON VOYAGE

You’ll receive a personalized itinerary to review, with the opportunity to request any fine-tuning. Once approved, we’ll confirm all the bookings and manage the logistics—delivered to you via a cutting-edge, mobile-friendly app for easy access on the go. While you're traveling, we remain just a message away—ready to support you so your journey unfolds effortlessly.

$250 + tax per cabin

Lead The Way

Group Planning | $349+ tax

We make group trip planning effortless and stress-free, offering expert services with a personal touch. This package is designed for group leaders who prefer to skip the logistics of handling, planning, and booking their entire group.​​

​

Our comprehensive group planning package includes:

​

  • Liaising with the group leader to coordinate and finalize the itinerary

  • A dedicated webpage on our site for group collaboration, where we customize and update details for easy access and communication

  • Handling all bookings for each group member

  • Processing payments on behalf of members, including payment reminders

  • Managing deposits and final payments to retreats, hotels, or resorts via wire transfers

  • Coordinating and finalizing any land transfers for the retreat

  • Creating and sharing a detailed spreadsheet with the group leader for easy tracking

  • Assisting with airfare reservations (excluding points) upon request

  • Travel entry requirements 

  • Balancing group profit for the retreat and issuing final payment to the group leader after the trip​
