We take care of every logistical detail—booking and managing all your travel arrangements from start to finish. Your finalized itinerary is delivered in an easy-to-use mobile app, so you can relax and enjoy the anticipation, knowing everything is handled with care.

Collaborate & Design
Once we decide we’re a good fit, the fun begins. After the design fee is confirmed, we start crafting your custom itinerary—built around your unique travel style and desires. We’ll then review everything together and refine the details with a few small tweaks.
Step 4
Bon Voyage
Now it’s time to relax. From your departure until you return, you’ll have dedicated 24/7 support from us and our in-destination partners, to ensure everything runs smoothly. Once home, we’ll reconnect to celebrate your highlights and begin dreaming of your next adventure.

TRAVEL FEES
Our complimentary consultation is where we begin—learning about your interests, preferences, and how you love to travel. Once we determine we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll move forward with designing your itinerary once we've received the planning fee.
Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and care invested into creating seamless journeys. This structure allows us to research thoroughly, collaborate with trusted partners, and negotiate the best options for you. As an independent advisor, we work for you—not for any cruise line, hotel, or tour company—ensuring every recommendation is made with your best interests in mind.
All fees are non-refundable once paid, reflecting the value of the personalized planning and guidance we provide from the very first step. Fees are per cabin, household (up to 4, additional $50 per person), group leader.

Group Trips
CRUISE OR LAND

Processing payments on behalf of participants, including email payment reminders

Managing deposits and final payments to retreats, hotels, or resorts from group funds

Coordinating and finalizing land transfers for the retreat

Detailed spreadsheet shared with the group leader for easy tracking

Assisting with airfare reservations (excluding points) upon request

Reconciling group funds, payment of revenue earned to group leader post trip
