How We Work Together

You Share Your Vision
Start by completing my planning form and sharing the details of your trip—your travel style, who is joining you, and the experiences you hope to enjoy. This allows me to review your ideas before our call so we can explore them together and ensure we are the right fit.
Step 3
I Design Your Journey
Using everything we discussed, I thoughtfully design your itinerary. Each recommendation is carefully considered, and every detail is coordinated. You will receive a personalized proposal that we refine together until it feels exactly right for your journey.
Step 2
We Talk It Through
We’ll connect on a 30-minute call so I can get to know you better. I’ll ask thoughtful questions that help me understand not just where you want to go, but how you want the journey to feel. This is where the shape of your trip begins to take form, and we explore what will make the experience truly yours.
Step 4
Enjoy the Experience
Once everything is confirmed, I manage the final details so you can travel with confidence. You will receive a digital itinerary, a pre-travel walkthrough, and support from trusted partners while you are on the journey. All that remains is to relax and enjoy the experience.
Our Services
I offer two ways to work together, depending on the level of support you would like for your journey. Professional planning fees are charged as a one-time payment per household, stateroom, or group leader, per trip, and cover the coordination and booking of the travel services outlined in the packages below. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Hotel & Cruise Bookings
If you already know where you would like to stay or which cruise you would like to book, I am happy to handle the reservations for you while ensuring you receive the added benefits available through my travel partnerships, such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, and exclusive amenities.
Hotel and cruise bookings are complimentary for clients who have selected their preferred property or cruise line and would like access to any available VIP perks and preferred partner benefits.
If you would like assistance researching and presenting options (up to three hotels or cruise itineraries), a $250 + TAX trip research fee applies.
